REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW AVAILABLE

 

All students (Pre-K through 12th Grade) must register for the upcoming school year, including those who have attended GPS in the 24-25 school year. Registration will be completed online through Infinite Campus. Please read the following information before beginning your online application. 

Note: School site office staff will return full-time at the end of July. Most registrations will not be processed until that time. 

 

All families will be required to provide two proofs of residency from the months of June, July or August. Parent/Guardian Name, Service Address and Dates of Service must be clearly visible. Acceptable Documents include:

  • Lease or Renter’s Agreement / Mortgage Statement
  • Utility Bills (Electric, Gas, Water, Trash, Propane
  • Homestead Exemption Form
  • Internet bill / Cable bill-Direct TV-Dish

We do NOT ACCEPT cellphone bills, bank statements, or insurance documents as these do not have a Service Address.

 

Documents must be in name of the Parent / Guardian completing the Application for Registration (or listed in the Registration.) If not, a Residency Affidavit will need to be completed by the Person with whom the parent and child(ren) are living, along with their current Proofs of Residency. The Residency Affidavit must be Notarized by School Personnel.

  • This includes existing families that will be registering a New Student for the upcoming school year.

    An updated Immunization record will be required for students who are entering Kindergarten or Seventh Grade. All exemptions submitted prior to a student entering 7th grade shall expire at the end of the student’s 6th grade year. A new exemption form is required to be completed and submitted by the parent/guardian prior to enrolling the child in 7th grade.

    Existing student families click here to log into your parent portal account. Enter your username and password. Once logged into your account, click More (on the left side bar), then click Online Registration, Click Start and Begin Registration. When you have completed all sections of the application, use the red submit button.

    If you have not yet created your parent portal account, please email enrollment@guthrieps.net with your name and student names listed. Applications for existing students not created from your parent portal WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • New Student Families will need to provide the following additional documents:

    • Student’s state issued birth certificate (no hospital certificates.) Guardianship documents must be provided if you are not listed as the parent on the student’s birth certificate.
    • Current immunization record or exemption form.
    • Previous school records or High School Transcript, if available.
    • CDIB or Tribal Membership card, if applicable.
    • Current custody documentation, if applicable.

     

    Your student’s enrollment will be delayed if documents are not provided or have to be requested from a previous school.

     

    Additional Info needed:

    Information regarding your Household (address and phone numbers), Parent information (email addresses, cell phone and work numbers), Student information (health/medication information) and Emergency contact information.

    When you enter the application site you will have the opportunity to start a new application, or return to one that you have already begun. Please write the application number down. This number will be necessary to re-enter the registration process should you need to return to the application. All of your students should be included in the SAME application regardless of the school site they attend. If you are not sure which site your student will attend, use the Find My School link to check.
