Grant Application

    • The 2025-2026 Grant Application will open on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. It will be due no later than Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. You may send your completed application through interoffice mail to the attention of John Hancock, or email your application to john.hancock@guthrieps.net.
    • The application is designed to be Saved, Worked On, Saved, Worked On, Printed. Open the link, choose Save.  SAVE IT IN A PLACE YOU RECOGNIZE, not just the default Downloads folder. Then open and continue onward.
    • If you have trouble with the form, please e-mail kary.jarred@guthrieps.net – Please pay attention after you print it to make sure all your text shows up in the form fields. If not, let Mr. Hancock know. Mr. Hancock doesn’t want the committee to miss anything.
